Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund eligibility

We offer a fair refund window to make sure you're happy with the product:

  • 14 days from the purchase date, if the activation key has NOT been activated on any device.
  • Refund is processed to the original payment method (card / Apple Pay / STC Pay).
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

2. After activation

Once the key is activated on a device, the digital service is considered consumed. However we still offer discretionary refunds in these cases:

  • The app does not work on your supported Windows version (10 build 17763+ / 11) and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 days.
  • A site you primarily need to download from is permanently broken and we cannot ship a fix within 30 days.
  • Duplicate purchase (you bought twice by mistake).
  • Service unavailability for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our outage.
⚠ Refund requests after activation are reviewed case-by-case. Pro-rated refunds may be issued for long-term plans (3m / 6m / 1y) when the issue is on our side.

3. Non-refundable cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • The key was already activated and used for more than 7 days (1-hour, 1-day, 1-month plans).
  • You changed your mind after using the service.
  • You are unable to download specific content due to platform restrictions (DRM-protected content, geo-blocks, account-locked content).
  • Your country blocks payment via Tap Payments after purchase (this is your bank's restriction).
  • You violated our Terms of Service (see Terms).

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Refund request — Order #<your-order-id>
  • Your order ID (in the confirmation email).
  • Reason for the refund.
  • If applicable: screenshots / video showing the issue.
💬 We reply to refund requests within 24 hours (business days). Approved refunds appear in your account in 5–10 days depending on your bank.

5. Subscription cancellation

All our plans are one-time purchases (no auto-renewal). When the duration ends, the app drops to the Free tier — nothing is charged automatically. You can buy a new plan whenever you want.

  • No "cancel subscription" needed — there is no recurring charge.
  • If you want to stop using the app earlier, just don't renew.
