When you activate a subscription, we store: subscription key, your phone or email (whichever you provided), and a single device fingerprint to prevent key sharing. We do NOT collect browsing history, videos downloaded, or personal files.
Only to verify your subscription is valid, deliver keys, and contact you regarding orders or support tickets you opened. We never sell or share with third parties.
The app stores its preferences (language, theme, default folder) on your computer in %APPDATA%/VideoDownloader. This never leaves your device.
This website uses only essential local storage to remember your language choice. No analytics, no ads, no tracking cookies.
